Major Contractor Sees Digital Docket Future

Docketbook is delighted to announce an agreement with SEE Civil to provide digital docket solutions to the award-winning Gold Coast based civil contracting firm. Specialising in the delivery of projects in the infrastructure, resources, and urban development sectors, SEE Civil has supported major works such as Inland Rail – Narrabri to North Star, Mount Lindesay Highway Camp Cable Road to Tambourine Street and numerous projects supporting the long-term strategic development of Gold Coast Airport.

“We are excited to welcome SEE Civil to Docketbook,’ said Mark Shepherd-Smith. “They are a growing business with a proven track record of success, and we look forward to implementing Docketbook as SEE Civil’s digital docket solution across their organisation and future projects.”

“Our solution will enable SEE Civil to bring improved management, reporting, analysis and cost reconciliation to site activities, replacing outdated paper-based dockets with a state-of-the-art mobile solution that fully integrates with accounting, management and reporting systems, reducing errors while minimising administrative costs and burdens,” said Mark.

Rolling out across SEE Civil’s core business as well as throughout their project delivery supply chain, SEE Civil’s Director, Joel Barnes, welcomed the new partnership, “As an organisation, we are continually seeking innovative solutions to improve productivity, speed up data capture and provide our project teams with real-time information to support their delivery of major works.”

“As an industry, we are continually challenged to be more productive, and we are firm believers in the role that digital technology has in improving every aspect of project delivery. We generate hundreds of dockets every day, and as anyone in the industry will tell you, generating dockets is the easy part; signing, reconciling, reporting and invoicing are slow and prone to human error. Docketbook will provide us with multiple productivity and resourcing benefits, and we look forward to the rollout of the solution across our programs of work,” said Joel.
