We strongly encourage all users to move across to the new Docketbook – Site Dockets app, which delivers a significantly improved user experience, faster performance and enhanced functionality.

Streamlining Docket Disputes

Managing docket discrepancies just got easier. Previously, the only option available was to reject a docket outright. Now, on-platform contractors can place a docket into dispute, adjust quantities as required, and resubmit it for supplier approval.

Xero Improvements

Our team has been hard at work over the break improving the Docketbook–Xero integration. These updates enhance authentication and overall stability, and resolve issues some customers experienced when exporting data to Xero. The result is a smoother, more reliable accounting workflow.

Exciting New Features Planned

We’re kicking off the year with an exciting product roadmap and several major enhancements planned for the coming months.

Upcoming features include dry hire docket scheduling, designed to allow recurring dockets to be generated from order line items and simplify ongoing cost management. We’re also introducing more powerful claims management, enabling head contractors to assess claims directly within Docketbook and move away from complex spreadsheet-based workflows. In addition, contractor-created dockets will allow contractors to record dockets from suppliers not on the platform, while still keeping everything connected to the project’s commercial backbone.
